While it is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your account, we can set up a new account that will have all your assigned tasks and sites with your new email address. Please reach out to help@mapistry with your old and new email addresses and we will set this up for you.
In case your new account has been set up but you can't access it, follow the steps below.
1. Click on the setting gear icon on the bottom left of your screen.
2. Click on "Log out".
3. Click on the password reset link sent to you by one of our Support Specialists and create a new password.
