You can change who a task/inspection is assigned to by clicking on the three dots next to the preferred inspection (from the Action items widget).
Next, click on “Inspection Settings”.
Select the user from the dropdown list or by typing the user’s name on the line.
Click “Update task”. A pop-up will ask if you would like to update only one inspection or all future inspections.
