“Actions Items” consists of 3 different sections in each project or site - tasks that are due today, future action items, and tasks that have been recently completed. The ‘Due Today’ section shows tasks that are due that day, such as upcoming inspections or ad-hoc tasks. The ‘Future “Action Items’ section shows pending action items that are considered to be upcoming. The ‘Recently Completed’ section shows tasks and inspections that have been recently completed within the past week.
You can see tasks that have been assigned to you or other users by using a filter and selecting an assignee. You can also select a date range to see Action Items from that time period.
You can also create an ad-hoc task, by clicking on the three dots and selecting “Add a task”.
This will open a pop-up where you can add details about the task.
You can make this a recurring task by clicking on “yes” under “Do you want to make this a recurring task.” This will allow you to input how often you would like to do this task and set the first task due date.
