If you have a CA facility that needs to upload lab data for SMARTS AdHoc reports, you can do so with the help of Mapistry!
In Mapistry, open the Stormwater: Sampling Results Section and click into the correct sample date. Once all the lab data is entered and saved click Download this Event.
A zip file will be downloaded to your computer.
Note: To edit the zip file you can click or right-click and press unzip. Open the file and right-click on the CSV document (usually titled cdf.csv). Go to Open With and click on TextEdit. Remember to re-compress the file once finished editing.
Open SMARTS and create a new adhoc report. In the new report click on PET. Click Choose File and add the zip file.
Click upload. The data will appear at the bottom in the Attachment section once it has been uploaded. If there is any problem with the zip file SMARTS will tell you.
Finally, check the data in the data summary section.
Note: If you need help with lab data uploads please have your lab cc lab@mapistry.com when they send out lab reports. You can also attach mapistry to your facility's SMARTS account. Please email lab@mapistry.com or help@mapistry.com for instructions on how to set this up.
