The COVID-19 Response Plan Builder can be used by facilities to prepare a COVID-19 response plan for the facility with site-specific contact info, best practices, controls, training frequency, etc. To access the Plan Builder, click on "Edit/View Response Plan" in the widget on the site dashboard.
The user can navigate to different sections by click on them in the left hand ribbon. When a section has the field completed in it, a green check mark shows up.
Some sections will contain pre-populated information that can be edited, deleted and modified by the user as needed.
To download a copy of the plan as a PDF, click on download at the bottom of the Plan Builder edit page.
A copy of the Plan Builder can be downloaded from the site dashboard by clicking in the upper right corner of the widget.
