Inspections for compliance assurance as a key part of the COVID-19 Response Kit are accessed via a site's dashboard (see below) in the calendar widget titled "General Site Inspections".
Conducting Inspections
Click on the day you want to complete the inspection for and the inspection form will open up.
Review each question or inspection item. If the default is set to no corrective actions needed click save or click on the next inspection item. If a corrective action is needed, select "yes" and additional fields will appear. Enter the corrective action and assign it to the correct person.
To access a previously completed inspection form, click on the day then select which inspection.
Inspection Settings
Inspection settings can be accessed in the upper right of the calendar widget. In the settings you can change the frequency of inspections, set up or edit the inspection template or download completed inspections.
Template
The template settings are the second option in the settings choices and are often set up initially and then revised if inspection items change.
Once in the template, which will look similar to a regular inspection form, inspection items can be viewed on the left side under the "Inspection Items" section header.
Inspection items can be added by clicking on the + icon next to the "Inspection Items" section.
Inspection items can be edited by changing the name of the inspection item and setting the Corrective Action Needed? question (tip: most set the default to be "No").
Frequency
To change the frequency of the inspection required, access it via settings.
In this setting the frequency can be changed to a range of options via the dropdown menu.
A start date for the frequency can be selected.
The history of inspection frequencies can be viewed.
Note: If you are no longer need to complete the COVID-19 Inspection, you can update the form frequency to Never. The form will still be available on your dashboard and you can update the frequency at any time. For more information about changing form frequencies, please review this product guide.
