To complete a new Monthly Safety Audit Form, first located the calendar widget on your Site Dashboard and click into the appropriate month:
This will take you straight to the new inspection form. On the left you will find an outline of inspection sections. You can navigate throughout the form by clicking on these items on the left.
On the first page of your Inspection Form is the general information page that will auto-populate the date, time, and weather. Make sure you click on the signature button to certify your form on the right
Now click on the first item under "Walking and Working Surfaces". You'll notice that a new question appears on the right. Click on the drop-down arrow to see a list of options.
If you select "N/A" for any of the questions, you have the options to leave any comments, tasks, or photos:
If you select "Yes", this means that there are no deficiencies at this inspection items and therefore there are no other fields to fill out:
If you select "No", then this means there might be a deficiency at the inspection item and you will see additional, options to create a task, add a comment, and or photos:
When all required information on the right is filled out, the circle on the left will have a green check mark as soon as you click into the next inspection item. To complete the form, click on all of the circles in your section outline and answer the required question. After you are done with all of your edits, click "Save" on the bottom right corner.
You will know if your form is complete if all circles on the left have check marks in them. Here is an example of an incomplete form after Save is selected:
To fix an incomplete form, simply click into the sections that have red exclamation marks, fill in any missing required information, and select Save again.
