💡 Note: This feature is currently only available online. Logs can not be completed in Offline mode.
How to Complete a Log
1. From the landing page, navigate to your desired site dashboard by tapping on the menu in the top left corner of your screen and selecting the site name.
2. You can access your Logs by tapping on the Logs tab at the bottom of your screen. Here, you'll see all the Logs on your site and how frequently they need to be completed.
💡Note: EDP frequency requirements do not appear in the Action Items widget.
3. Tapping on a Log will take you to the Log entry form, where you can input your data.
4. Fill in the necessary information and tap 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
💡 Note: Once an entry is submitted, there is no way to pull it up again to confirm or edit it on the mobile app. To make changes or view submitted data, visit the web app.
